The Premium Steel Building System meets the needs of the present without compromising the needs of future generations. Unlike conventional wood construction, steel permits the usage of recycled materials. A minimum of 25% up to 100% of all new steel in China is made with recycled materials. The minimal EPS waste from the manufacturing of the panels is recycled by using it for multiple items such as toy filler.
Energy consumption is a primary adversary of Green building. The existence of a thermal break in the panels impedes energy transfer from outside to inside or vice versa and the composite nature of the panels eliminates air infiltration. An energy savings of 40-50% is a life-long benefit. In contrast from conventional types of insulation, EPS retains the same R-value after 20 years as it does on day 1 whereas other types of insulation degrade due to dust and moisture retention.
